The Big Reveal

Underbelly’s sister show, The Big Reveal, features six comedians, authors and regular people telling true stories of the events that have shaped their lives. The stories featured at The Big Reveal might be hilarious, heartbreaking, or a little of both. No matter what the tone of their stories might be, our storytellers are always intelligent, compelling, and inspiring.

The cozy upstairs performance room at York Street Cafe in Newport, KY is the setting for a unique evening of entertainment that ends with a special performance by the area’s best singer-songwriters. The Big Reveal’s audience might be the most diverse of any show in Cincinnati, as suburban parents in their 50′s sit next to mohawked emo kids in their late teens.

The Big Reveal is held on the third Thursday of every month at 8 p.m. sharp. Tickets are only $5 and can be purchased at the door on the evening of the show. Not only is the showroom is equipped with a full bar but York Street Cafe’s excellent dinner menu can be purchased during the show. (Leave room for dessert.  Trust me… You won’t be disappointed.)
